1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the omnichord website and all associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. • You must not be excluded or suspended from any gaming platform, nor subject to any self-exclusion order.

omnichord does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. We may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age and eligibility. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be suspended immediately and any associated balances will be forfeited in line with applicable regulations.

3. Account Creation and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on omnichord. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. omnichord will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account until you report a security issue to us.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using omnichord, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts on the platform.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing, or participating in any form of fraud against omnichord or other users.
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person or sharing your account credentials with others.
• Using the platform while self-excluded or while subject to a betting restriction or cooling-off period.
• Making deposits using payment methods that are not in your own name.

Violation of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Payments and Transactions

All financial transactions on omnichord are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, and participating Philippine bank transfers. omnichord does not accept cash payments or third-party payment transfers.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current processing schedule and are subject to identity verification. omnichord reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply and are subject to change. Bonus funds are governed by separate promotion terms and may carry wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. omnichord does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

omnichord provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet every user's expectations. Gaming involves inherent risk and all decisions to place bets are made entirely at your own discretion and risk. The platform does not promise or imply that any player will win or profit from gaming activity.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

omnichord reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected on the account.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined by our internal policy.
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or payment providers.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance of verified funds in a closed account will be returned to the player in accordance with our withdrawal policy, minus any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations.
